Agreement

By accessing and using techconcepts.org ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

TechConcepts is operated by Evgeny Goncharov, based in Madrid, Spain.

Services

TechConcepts provides technology consulting, custom software development, and automation services. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Fund operations automation and IT cost optimization
  • Jira workspace audits, AI classification, and workflow automation
  • Email forensics, compliance reporting, and Google Workspace investigations
  • iOS and macOS native app development
  • Compliance documentation (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Infrastructure setup, DevOps, and monitoring

All consulting engagements are governed by individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Fixed Pricing Model

TechConcepts operates on a fixed-price model:

  • Project scope and price are agreed upon before work begins
  • No hourly rates, no retainers, no surprise invoices
  • Changes to scope require written agreement and may adjust pricing
  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements

Intellectual Property

Client work: Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for client projects become the client's intellectual property. You build it, you own it.

TechConcepts products: Software products listed on the Website (Claude Battery, Bulk Issue Rewriter, Email Exporter, Wattora, etc.) remain the intellectual property of TechConcepts. Product-specific terms apply as listed on each product's page.

Website content: All content on this Website (text, code examples, blog posts, case studies) is owned by TechConcepts and protected by copyright. You may reference or link to content but not reproduce it without permission.

Free Tools & Resources

Free tools and resources provided on the Website (AI Security Compass, calculators, templates) are provided "as is" without warranty. They are intended for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
