Terms of Service

1. Services

TechConcepts provides fixed-price product development services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed upon before project commencement.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are one-time payments
• Payment is due upon agreement of scope, before development begins
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Prices are fixed for the agreed scope; additional features require separate pricing

3. Project Scope

• Scope is defined in writing before payment
• Changes to scope may affect price and timeline
• I will communicate if a project exceeds the agreed tier before proceeding

4. Deliverables & Ownership

• You receive full ownership of all custom code developed for your project
• Source code is delivered via GitHub or your preferred method
• Documentation is included as specified in your tier
• Third-party libraries retain their original licenses

5. Revisions

• Revision rounds are included as specified in your tier
• Revisions apply to the agreed scope, not new features
• Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery

6. Support

• Post-delivery support period is included as specified in your tier
• Support covers bugs in delivered code, not new features or third-party issues
• Extended support can be arranged separately

7. Confidentiality

I treat all project details and business information as confidential. I will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Refunds

• Full refund if I cannot deliver the agreed scope
• Partial refund may apply if project is cancelled mid-development
• No refund once deliverables are accepted

9. Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
